All photo's are under copyright and it is forbidden to use those photo's for non-private purposes without written permission. If you would like to use a photo for non-private purpose, please send a e-mail to me. If I find photo's published on another website without mentioning the source and/or without written permission in advance, I have the right to charge you for usage without permission !

Publishing ship photo's of third parties
Since it is a nice but time consuming job to update all galleries often, I would like to keep my website for my own photo's only. I appreciate sending photo's, but I must keep our policy to publish my own photo's to avoid the 'personality' of this website.

Our website is totally independent and non-commercial. I do not sell or buy photo's unless specific agreed. I also do not publish advertisement material on my website for any commercial related maritime company. If any advertisement has been published, it is because my suggestion for shipping interested visitors only and not on request of that publisher or company.
